Children of parents who talk to their teens regularly about drugs are 42% less likely to use drugs than those who don't, yet only a quarter of teens report having these conversations.

Send A Message. Stay Drug Free.™

Are you drug free? Proudly share your drug free lifestyle with others to help create a drug free America.

This Red Ribbon Week, we encourage students and families to tell everyone in your life to Send A Message. Stay Drug Free.™ This year's theme was created by Isabella Ware from Griswold, CT.

The theme is a reminder that it's up to each of us to send a message to ourselves, our peers and our communities about the importance of taking care of ourselves and making healthy choices.

Red Ribbon Week (October 23-31) is the oldest and largest drug prevention and a wonderful opportunity to promote drug free lifestyles.

Tell us how you interpret our theme: Send A Message. Stay Drug Free.™ in your life. Send us your story to info@nfp.org or share it on social media.
